The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on our First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Worship Team, to leading a Small Group or partnering with our mission and outreach teams—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

This team loves people and makes them feel at home at the Heights. They welcome guests at the door with a smile and hand out worship guides for Sunday services. This team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome and helps make sure our attenders get the information they need to have a great worship experience.

This team builds the next generation through relevant Small Groups, impactful retreats, and worship services.  They invest in teenagers, helping them develop a life-giving relationship with Jesus.

This team provides support for our church body and community in times of need.  They provide meals, a warm greeting through phone calls and letters, and provide emotional support in times of crisis or life events.

This team hosts small groups, offering a place for people to find meaningful community. Small group leaders host groups based on topics or activities they are passionate about.  They help our church body take next steps in their spiritual lives.

This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in  areas like data entry, mailer preparation, office work and more.

The best way to get started serving on a team  is to attend Growth Track.  At this informative class, you will discover your God-given design and how you can make a difference through your personality, gift and talents.  Growth Track is at 4:00 pm on the second Sunday of the month.  Dinner and Childcare are provided.  You can also click the link below and we'd be glad to help answer your questions.
