
Matt Bunn
Senior Pastor
Pastor Matt Bunn graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 1999 and received his Masters Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He’s married to his best friend, Vicki Bunn and has three boys – Andrew, Toby, Logan. Matt has been in ministry for 28 years – most recently 17 years at Center Point Church in North Richland Hills, TX.
Matt’s desire is to equip God’s people to live out their God-given passion to build His Kingdom. His heart is to help people truly experience a life-giving relationship with Jesus – one that is practical in every day life. Matt enjoys hiking, playing cards and board games, watching sports with his boys, and laughing at Vicki’s jokes.

Seth Stelzer
Worship Pastor/Communications
Seth Stelzer serves as our Worship Pastor and oversees communications. Seth served on our launch team and has worn numerous hats in the brief history of The Heights. Seth is originally from Neosho, MO but moved overseas to West Africa as his family served as missionaries. He graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a degree in Music and is now living in Bolivar with his wife Hunter, their two kids, and dog. Seth enjoys playing sports, working out, watching movies, and doing anything that has to do with football, especially with the Kansas City Chiefs. He is passionate about helping others worship God in every aspect of their lives and furthering the mission of The Heights Church.

Mark Janes
Student/College Pastor
Mark serves as an associate pastor over students, and communication. He was born in the Philippines but raised on a cattle and chicken farm in Berryville, Arkansas. Mark graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in student ministry and a minor in Church Music. He has a deep passion to equip and teach students to spread the Gospel through discipleship and leadership development. Mark loves being outdoors, considers himself a techie of sorts, and loves playing music during his free time. Mark says he is blessed to be part of a team that is passionate about furthering the kingdom of God here in Bolivar.
Vicki Bunn
office MANAGER
Vicki Bunn graduated from Southwest Baptist University, received her master's degree from SWBTS, and is currently pursuing a school counseling degree from Evangel University. She is married to her best friend, Matthew Bunn and has three boys – Andrew, Toby, Logan, and two cats, Lucy and Joe Jr. Vicki grew up in Girard, Illinois, pursued missions in Fort Worth Texas for seventeen years, and now lives in Bolivar, Missouri. In ministry, Vicki is passionate about helping others reach their full potential in Christ through encouragement and behind the scenes support. Vicki enjoys reading, shopping, hiking, playing cards and board games, and getting Matthew to laugh at her jokes.
Kelly Wagner
Pastor of Ministry Development
Kelly serves as our First Impressions Director, and Connections Director for The Heights. Kelly and her husband David will celebrate their 30th anniversary this year, and relocated to Bolivar MO in 2020, with their seven children: Abby, Ryan, Tim, Mandy, Zach, Maverick, and Mason. There's never a dull moment at the Wagner home! Kelly's passion is to help make The Heights Church a place where everyone can feel welcome, connected and call The Heights their home. She loves living life next to her man, cooking for a crowd, game nights and “anything on the lake”.
Brad Sullard
Small groups Pastor
Pastor Brad Sullard is a native of Springfield, MO, but has lived and worked in MO, OK, and TX. He graduated from Southwest Baptist University (MO) in 1990 and earned a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (TX). He has been married to his high school sweetheart (OK), Kris, for nearly 40 years. They have three children and three grandchildren living in Oklahoma City, OK. Brad has served in ministry leadership in the local church and for Christian non-profits for over 30 years. Brad's passion is building teams and helping believers and leaders grow and thrive in small group discipling communities.
Brad has many hobbies! The latest of which is whetstone knife sharpening. He enjoys the outdoors, playing games with family and friends, and enjoying new food and restaurant experiences.

Kim Crans
Director of Administration
Kim serves as our Director of Administration. She has a deep passion for all things organization and operations. Graduating with her Bachelor's of Science in Communication from East Texas Baptist University, she has served most of her career in administrative roles both in secular companies and non-profits. She is originally from Blue Springs, MO but now calls Bolivar home with her husband and three precious kiddos. Outside the office, she enjoys a good laugh, time with friends and family, and cooking. She also enjoys serving in our Small Groups supporting women in whatever season of life they are in.

John Castrodale
Director of Care Team and Growth Track
John Castrodale serves as our Director of Care Team and Growth Track. In 2017, John followed a calling that led him from Denver, Colorado, after 42 years of service in law enforcement, to a new chapter of ministry. He has served as a police and fire chaplain for 12 years and is a Chaplain for the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team. He led a First Responder Ministry at Faith Bible Church in Arvada, Colorado, for several years. John graduated from the Christian Leaders College, Leadership Excellence School, in 2024 with a degree in Chaplaincy and will graduate in September 2026 with a Bachelor of Divinity. John is devoted to helping victims of trauma and crisis, guiding them toward restored spiritual health and renewed hope.
John also finds deep joy working alongside his beloved Therapy Dog, Sully, at the Mercy Hospital system in Springfield, where together they bring comfort and encouragement to those in need. John enjoys Amateur Radio, traveling, and motorcycles.
